Wallis Sands State Beach

Pillsbury State Park
One of the more primitive, lesser known gems of the NH State Park system. Heavily wooded, sprinkled with ponds and wetlands. Diverse habitats make it home to a variety of wildlife, including moose and loons. Visitors enjoy canoeing, fishing, picniking, hiking and mountain biking.

Fort Stark Historic Site

Sculptured Rocks Natural Area
A unique example of nature's powerful yet delicate artistry. The Cockermouth River carved a narrow canyon in bedrock on its way to Newfound Lake during the last ice age.
