Bedell Bridge State Park
Located along the Connecticut River, a great place for picnicking, fishing or boating. Site of a historic two-span covered bridge, the second longest in the country. The Burrtuss bridge, which connected NH to Vermont, was destroyed by wind in 1979 and is no longer there. Bedell Bridge State Park is unstaffed but is open to the public year 'round at no charge.

Lake Francis State Park
