DescriptionThe Inn at Pleasant Lake is a beautiful waterfront property in New London, NH. Stay in one of the 10 well appointed rooms and enjoy afternoon tea and a full breakfast. Our restaurant serves a gourmet five course prix fixe dinner. High speed internet and central air conditioning.
The inn is central to many activities. Our guests enjoy the beach and lake located in front of the inn during warm months. We keep two canoes, a double kayak and rowboat available for guest to use during their stays. In 2011 a lovely outdoor patio living space was added for guests to enjoy. Bike rentals, kayak trips and fly fishing guided trips can be arranged with local businesses and mapped hiking trails are near the inn. Wintertime activities include downhill skiing at Mount Sunapee or Ragged Mountain, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and sledding. The inn's location is definitely a haven for travelers who enjoy outdoor activities.
For day trip excursions, the Coast of Maine, Vermont's Green Mountains, New Hampshire’s Mount Washington, and downtown Boston can all be reached by car in two hours or less.
