The Toadstool Bookshop

The Toadstool Bookshop in downtown Peterborough, in its 7000 sq ft, offers thousands of the best in new books and cds and has a large selection of used books including current books at half price and older out of print titles in a variety of subjects for both adults and kids. Aesop's Tables is an independently owned cafe in the corner of the bookstore and is a welcoming gathering place for local residents. Its delicious menu is a major attraction for browsers in the store. Nearly every Saturday morning or afternoon the store presents an author discussing and signing a recently published book.
