Come join us at the SLA to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and make some art! Participants are free to draw whatever inspires them around the lake. Coloring book pages will also be provided for some stress-free art fun. We will provide paper, coloring book pages, pencils, colored pencils, crayons, and some drawing reference materials, but you are welcome to bring any additional art supplies you’d like. This program will be led by LRCC members Shea and Logan, who will lead participants in learning about the species that are present around the lake, and why they are each important in maintaining a healthy lake. This is a very relaxed program, and participants are welcome to come and go as they please.
We will be outside for the duration of this program, so it is important to dress for the weather and wear sunscreen. All drawing materials and paper will be provided! Personal drawing materials (pencils, crayons, etc.) can be brought if desired.
