The Vertical Challenge Family Ski and Snowboard Tour comes to Pats Peak February 13! The VC adds a whole new level of excitement to your family’s day at the slopes - for free. Skiers and snowboarders of every age and ability level participate in casual, though competitive, races.
The Vertical Challenge is a series held at ski resorts throughout the Northeast during each winter season. Skiers and snowboarders compete in gender, age, and adaptive categories for gold, silver, and bronze medals in each division. In addition to the races, there is a festival element, featuring snowy activities for all ages and prizes given away throughout a fun day at the mountain. Our crew members have as much fun at the events as you do. They’ll play games with you, offer free samples of cool stuff, and even mentor your kids on how to get down the mountains. When you participate in the VC, your family becomes part of ours. In addition, we raise funds for Make-A-Wish New Hampshire through raffles and other means.
