New Hampshire Live and in Concert

It’s officially summer! And what better way to kick-off the season than with an epic concert in the Granite State? Between classic rock, country blues, famous tribute bands and performances by local musicians—this summer has plenty of fun in store. Check out these concert venues around the state, pick a show, and start your summer in style!



Arts Jubilee Concert Series, North Conway
July 11 – August 8, 2024
The tradition of outstanding live performances continues this summer in the Mt Washington Valley at the Arts Jubilee Summer Concert Series. This season marks the 41st outdoor summer concert series in the Mt Washington Valley which features world-class, live music at the base of the North Slope at Cranmore Mountain Resort. The season kicks off with Roomful of Blues, an American Blues & Swing Revival Big Band; followed by an evening of classic rock anthems from the 70s and 80s; an evening of big band, jazz, swing, Latin, and R& B sounds from New Legacy swing Band; the ultimate Grateful Dead experience with the Not Fade Away Band; and the season wraps up with the Glen David Andrews Band playing New Orleans Blues, rock, funk & jazz. Great Waters Summer Concert Series
, Moultonborough
July 13 – August 24, 2024
This summer, the non-profit Great Waters organization is offering an eclectic mix of performances from two venues: Concerts in the Clouds features open-air tent seating on the majestic grounds of Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough; and Concerts in Town will take the stage at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro.  This year’s calendar features an evening with Foreigners Journey, the music and energy of two legendary rock bands in one electrifying show; the Empire Trio highlighting songs of Josh Groban, Celine Dion and Andrew Bocelli; a yacht rock experience with The Docksiders; a Zac Brown Tribute band; and several more! Lakeport Opera House, Laconia
June 8 – August 30, 2024
The stage at the Lakeport Opera House will be sizzling this summer with an amazing line up of live performances. The season kicks off with a night of Country Line Dancing. Also on the calendar this sum: Sharon Owens, a tribute to the legendary Barbra Streisand; Bennett and Gaga, a tribute to Tony Bennett; Moondance, the ultimate Van Morrison Tribute Concert, Whisky 6, an evening of Country music; Floydian Trip, a Pink Floyd Tribute; Aquanett featuring all 80s rock; No Shoes Nation, a Kenny Chesney tribute; Abba Dancing Dream Tribute, nd so many more shows not to miss! Lynda Cohen Performing Arts Series at Crawford Notch, Bretton Woods
July 13 – August 24, 2024
Sit back and enjoy the sound of music echoing through Crawford Notch. The Appalachian Mountain Club’s summer concert series is back for its fourth season. These summer concerts are free to visitors’ courtesy of longtime AMC member and supporter Lynda Cohen who wanted to bring people from all over together to enjoy music in this most magical setting. Grammy winner Rick Nestler and classically trained musician Donna Nestler kick off the series performing a variety of traditional genres; followed by the sounds of Harvey Reid and Joyce Andersen singing blues, bluegrass, gospel and celtic; a gospel/soul show and American folk and mountain music will round out the summer schedule.  A reminder the concerts are free but registration is required.



Music on the Green, Canterbury  
July 7 – August 25, 2024
Canterbury Shaker Village’s Music on the Green series is back for its fourth summer season. The concerts, set amid the Village’s lush green landscape, historic buildings, and peaceful atmosphere are the perfect setting for memorable musical performances. This concert series features all types of music for all ages from bluegrass to Irish fiddling and the sounds of local favorite Peabody Coal Train! Explore the full concert series here.



Sunset Concert Series at Theater in the Wood, Intervale
June 28 – August 30, 2024
Watch the sunset while listening to live music this summer at the Theater in the Wood amphitheater in Intervale. Concerts are held every Friday starting June 28th and continuing through August 30th.  Four Sticks, featuring the music of Led Zeppelin, returns to the amphitheater again this summer, and will officially kick off the 10-week concert series. Other live performances include Beatles tribute band Studio Two; Police tribute band; Cars tribute band; and Johnny Folsom 4, singing Johnny Cash classics. There’s a sound for just about every genre. The Fells Concert & Performance Series, Newbury
June 9 – September 22, 2024
Enjoy live performances at The John Hay Estate at the Fells for an elevated experience this summer. Pack your favorite picnic and beverage and sit back and unwind among the blossoming estate gardens where sensational music will fill the air each Wednesday and Sunday nights. The series kicks off with Albannach, a Pipes & Drums band; New Hampshire harpist and singer Dominique Dodge performs again this summer; along with the New Legacy Swing Band;  and local acoustic favorite Peabody’s Coal Train, just to name a few. The Word Barn, Exeter
June 2 – August 30, 2024
Enjoy music in the Word Barn Meadow where intimate performances played under the summer stars will whisk your cares away. From blues bands to pop performances, country and punk rock—you’ll have no trouble picking out the perfect show for you and the gang. Tuesdays on the Terrace Summer Concert Series, Portsmouth
June 18 – August 27, 2024
Sit back, relax, and listen to the sounds of acoustic music filling the air every Tuesday throughout the summer as Tuesdays on the Terrace concerts return to Strawbery Banke. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this popular open-air summer concert series that features a variety of talented local musicians performing a diverse mix of everything from folk, jazz, blues, and bluegrass to folk and rock too.
